Refund Policy
The short version. You get 7 days free. You can cancel any time in one click. If you forget to cancel and get charged, email us within 3 days and we'll refund you. After that, subscription fees are non-refundable.
1. Your 7-Day Free Trial
Every new Flowstate subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
2. One-Click Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing sandy@useflowstate.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep full access until then and you will not be billed again.
3. The "Forgot to Cancel" Refund
If your trial ends, your card is charged, and you meant to cancel but forgot, we've got you. Email sandy@useflowstate.ai within 3 days of the renewal charge with one sentence (you don't owe us an explanation) and we'll refund that charge in full.
This applies only to the first post-trial charge. It does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals.
4. Monthly Renewals After the First Charge
After your first paid month, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You're paying for access to the Service, whether you used it or not. If you no longer want to use Flowstate, cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
5. Cancelling vs. Refunding
Cancelling stops future charges. Refunding returns a past charge. If you cancel in time, no refund is needed. If you miss the cancel window and the "forgot to cancel" window, you can still cancel to stop future charges even if the most recent one is non-refundable.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
7. Special Circumstances
If something goes seriously wrong on our end (extended outage, billing error, duplicate charge), email us and we'll make it right, period. We'd rather lose the revenue than lose your trust.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first at sandy@useflowstate.ai. We respond fast and we're reasonable. Initiating a chargeback without reaching out may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
